TherapyFoundry is owned and operated by Peachy Media Group LLC. References to "we," "us," or "our" in this policy refer to Peachy Media Group LLC. You can reach us at info@therapyfoundry.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide directly

• Account registration details (name, email address, password)
• Professional information (license type, license number, state of licensure)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
• Course quiz responses and completion records
• Communications you send us (support emails, demo requests)

Information collected automatically

• Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps)
• Device information (operating system, screen resolution)
• Course engagement data (video watch time, quiz attempts, certificate downloads)
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7)

Information from tenant organizations

If your organization (a TherapyFoundry tenant) provides your account, they may supply your name, email, and role to us as part of onboarding. Their use of your data is governed by their own policies.

3. How we use your information

• To create and maintain your account
• To deliver courses, track CE credit progress, and issue certificates
• To process payments and send receipts
• To communicate with you about your account, purchases, and platform updates
• To send CE renewal reminders (you can opt out at any time)
• To improve the platform through aggregate analytics
• To comply with legal obligations

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these circumstances:

• Tenant organizations: If you are a learner or intern under a tenant's platform, that tenant's administrators can see your enrollment status, progress, and certificates for their content.
• Service providers: We use Stripe for payments, Amazon Web Services for hosting, and Amazon SES for email. These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
• Legal requirements: We will disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
• Business transfers: If Peachy Media Group LLC is acquired or merges, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. We will notify you before this occurs.

5. Data retention

We retain your account information and CE records for as long as your account is active plus seven years, to support license renewal documentation needs. You may request deletion of your account and non-certificate data at any time. Certificate records may be retained longer to satisfy professional licensing audit requirements.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format)
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

7. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and understand how the platform is used. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some platform features (like staying logged in) will not work without them.

8. Security

We use HTTPS for all data in transit, encrypt sensitive data at rest, and limit access to personal information to staff who need it to operate the platform. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at info@therapyfoundry.com.

9. Children

TherapyFoundry is designed for licensed and pre-licensed mental health professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have done so, we will delete that information promptly.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify active users by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
