Is it really free for individuals?
Yes — no credit card, no trial period, no "free tier" with limits. Hours Tracker, the CE catalog, licensing exam prep, and a talent marketplace profile are free for every intern, associate, and supervisor, forever. This isn't a loss-leader strategy: individuals owning their own data is a core design principle of the platform.
What happens to an individual's data if their org cancels?
Nothing — individual accounts are platform accounts, not org accounts. Hours logs, CE certificates, and transcripts are keyed to the user, not the employer. If your org leaves TherapyFoundry, your personal record stays exactly where it is.
Can I publish CE courses to users outside my organization?
Yes, on the Professional and Enterprise plans. Once a course you author is state-board-approved, it can be marked for platform-wide distribution — it appears in the catalog for every TherapyFoundry user, not just your own staff. You set the price; TherapyFoundry takes a platform cut and handles payments.
What does "white-label" mean in practice?
Your organization gets its own subdomain (e.g., ce.yourorg.org), your logo, your brand colors, and your platform name — all managed from the Back Office. From a user's perspective, it reads as your product, not TherapyFoundry's. TherapyFoundry is the infrastructure brand; your org name is what end users see.
What state licensing bodies are supported?
California BBS (LCSW, MFT, LPCC, Psych, CADC) is live today for CE and exam prep. Hours tracking works for any license track — log hours against your state's requirements regardless of where you are. Additional state boards for CE and exam content are planned; contact us if your state is a priority.
Is the REST API available on all org plans?
API access is included on the Professional plan and above. Starter orgs have full access to the Back Office and web platform but don't get API credentials. Contact us if Starter + API access is a specific need.
