Time Poverty: An Audit of Where Your Hours Go

A fillable three-page worksheet for the chronic sense that there is never enough time. It opens with a few baseline questions about the felt experience of time pressure, then walks the client through a three-day time audit (two-hour blocks, energy gave/drained/neutral, and whether each block aligned with what matters). From there it names the patterns audits usually surface — transition debt, invisible work, obligations never renegotiated, dead time that isn't rest — and offers three levers for buying back time (reduce, reclaim, redirect), with a one-week experiment planner and a note on buying time with money. Best suited to clients presenting with stress, overload, or burnout, including caregivers and people balancing several roles.
